Flip Side joins Liberty Center.
Liberty Center, the $350 million mixed-use development under construction in Butler County, has named two more tenants, Funny Bone Comedy Club and Flip Side.
Anne Mastin, executive vice president of retail real estate for Steiner + Associates, announced the new tenants on Tuesday. She said both tenants will serve as a complement to Cobb Theater’s CineBistro, and Flip Side is a great, Ohio-grown operator that will draw in customers.
“The gourmet burger category is a super hot category,” Mastin said after the event.
Flip Side and Funny Bone will join Brio Tuscan Grille, Cheesecake Factory, Kona Grill, Rusty Bucket and Pie & Pints as announced tenants. A total of 62,000 square feet of restaurants is proposed for Liberty Center.
Flip Side will be in the same building as the Cheesecake Factory at 3,500 square feet and outdoor patio. This will be the Flip Side’s first location in Greater Cincinnati. It operates five other restaurants in Ohio, including four in the Cleveland area.
