On May 15th, 2015, Silverspot Cinema Coconut Creek celebrated its grand opening. The theater not only provides an immersive movie experience but also features Trilogy, a full service restaurant planned in partnership with the David Burke Group. This is the first of three highly anticipated Silverspot locations that will feature restaurants planned in partnership by the David Burke Group.
David Burke Group, manned by one of the most acclaimed chefs in the country, owns and operates 14 high-end restaurants including David Burke Kitchen in New York and Aspen, David Burke’s Primehouse in Chicago, and David Burke at Bloomingdale’s.
Trilogy will be run by chef Matt O’Neill, and its menu will feature creative, signature dishes such as tuna tartare wontons with scallions and avocado mousse, duck confit bahn mi, a BLT lobster roll, angry shrimp fajitas, and steak frites. The cocktail menu is composed of a series of classic film-inspired drinks including the Seabiscuit Julep (Bulleit rye, Grand Marnier, mint, and cucumber), From Russia With Love (Ketel One vodka, Grand Marnier, raspberry, fresh lime, and ginger beer), and A Clockwork Mango (Flor de Cana Anejo rum, mango, fresh lime, mint, and soda).
For those who want something lighter, David Burke Group will also oversee the theater concessions. On top of the normal popcorn and soda, Burke will be serving small plates in the premium theater lounge that can be taken to their theater seats.
David Burke will also be opening restaurants at Silverspot’s Chapel Hill and Naples locations soon.
