COLECTIVO COFFEE offers a wide range of wonderful coffees from extremely-limited special lots from our favorite farmers, to carefully-managed legacy blends there is something for every palate.
The rustic feel of the cafes is due in part to their use of recycled raw materials, turning them on their edge and juxtaposing them against the new to create an unpredictable vision. Spaces often feature a fireplace, outdoor fire pit, roll-up doors, and filled with a world of color and incredibly subtle tones. Colectivo’s incredible bakery, Troubadour, features sandwiches, soups, scratch baked breads, pastries and bagels. Colectivo currently has 15 locations open in Wisconsin and with plans to expand in the Midwest. Colectivo is 1,200–3,500 sf plus a patio in urban environments.
